A newly renovated historic palazzo is for sale built just outside the walls of one of the most picturesque villages in Tuscany, Sansepolcro, Italy. The birthplace of Piero della Francesca, immersed in the surrounding green countryside, the Villa has been a refuge for artists and intellectuals of fame and renown over the years. The Villa has been divided into seven luxury apartments and is being sold as one home or each residence could be sold seperately.

The park is filled with flora of inestimable value and variety, and is about eight thousand square metres.
